General questions about wholesale app for Shopify

Loading speed

Our wholesale Shopify apps' script is loaded asynchronously. It neither slows down the page nor affects the loading of other apps. But the app can't be fully loaded until the whole page is loaded. So if you have a lot of apps or content on your product page, there may be some delay before the form is fully loaded. And we can't change it, really sorry.

As for the Wholesale pages, the delay may occur if there are a lot of collections added to the page so the time is required to upload all products and variants.

Set wholesale prices

The B2B:Wholesale app is designed to show the wholesale form or wholesale page for products to give the possibility to add products in bulk to the cart. But it doesn't provide an option to set different prices for wholesale and retail, sorry. The app just displays prices set for products in the Products section of your Store Admin.

As a workaround, you may duplicate the required products and apply the wholesale pricing in your Store's backend and then use these products with our wholesale Shopify app.
