By default app adds the Tabs widget exactly to the same position in your template, where you had the Product Description text earlier. But it may be moved to any other position easily.
It's possible to have some part of the Product Description to be displayed at the top of the page, and Tabs at the bottom of the page. But it will require a bit custom installation. We may use <!-- split --> tag functionality (may be your theme even support it out of the box), so all the text above that tag will be displayed as plain text on the right, and part of description that comes after that tag will be used to create tabs.
