EasySale 1.8: Bulk Price Management, Free Plan, Annual Billing & More
Easy:Sale Schedule Sales Price is a Shopify app that changes product prices in bulk and runs scheduled sales that revert automatically when the promotion ends. The latest update (July 2026) introduces a new Price Management section for permanent bulk price changes, a Free plan, annual billing, a redesigned dashboard, and more. Here's what's new:
💰 Price Management: Permanent Bulk Price Changes
Alongside sales, EasySale now has a dedicated Price Management section for permanent price changes — for when you want to reprice your catalog for good rather than run a temporary promotion. Pick the scope (whole store, specific products, or collections), choose a rule — Decrease or Increase by percentage, or Set new price — and apply it with the same price rounding options you know from sales. Price changes run on Shopify's bulk operations with live progress, so even large catalogs are handled quickly: in our tests, 20,000 variants were repriced in under two minutes.
📝 Drafts, Auto-Named Changes & History
Every price change can be saved as a draft first. Drafts are unlimited, and you can edit or delete them at any point before hitting Apply now. Names are generated automatically from the scope and adjustment (e.g. "Summer collection −15%") and update live as you configure the change — or type your own. Applied changes stay in your history for 120 days, so you always have a record of what changed and when.
🏷️ Compare-at Price Control
A new Compare-at price section in the price change form decides what happens to your "was" prices. You can keep the old price as the compare-at so customers see the markdown, apply the same adjustment to existing compare-at prices, set the compare-at a fixed amount above the new price, or leave compare-at prices untouched. The options shown adapt to the type of change you're making.
🆓 New Free Plan
EasySale now has a Free plan, so there's a plan for every rhythm of selling — from occasional price updates to always-on promotions. The Free plan includes:
- 1 price change per month — with the exact date of your next available change shown right in the app
- Unlimited draft price changes
- Create & edit sales — all your saved sales are kept
- 24/7 customer support
Running sales requires Premium, but nothing is ever deleted on the Free plan — your saved sales stay in place, ready whenever you upgrade.
📅 Annual Billing — Save 20%
Premium can now be billed yearly at 20% off the monthly price. Use the new Monthly/Annual toggle on the Billing page to switch whenever you like.
📊 Redesigned Dashboard
The dashboard has been rebuilt around the app's two workflows. You get four at-a-glance stats — Active sales, Total sales, Products repriced in the last 30 days, and Last price change — plus two entry cards that take you straight to Sales management or Price management.
🧩 More Reliable Collection Targeting
Collection reading has been rebuilt on Shopify's modern APIs. Unpublished collections and collections not assigned to any sales channel are now picked up correctly — previously, sales targeting such collections could come back empty.
🌍 20 Languages & Cleaner Navigation
The app admin is now fully localized in 20 languages. Navigation got a cleanup too: the sidebar has been reordered, Plans is now Billing, and the mobile experience received a round of fixes.
