Why isn't my exported file being sent to my email?

Whether the export file is emailed to you or downloaded directly depends on the file size and how the export process is handled in the app:

  • Small files (usually under 10 MB) are generated quickly and are automatically downloaded to your computer. You won't receive an email for these files.
  • Large files may take longer to process. If you close the export window before the export completes, the system will automatically send the file to the email address you provided during the export setup.

To ensure your file is delivered properly:

  1. Double-check that the email address entered in the export settings is correct.
  2. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

If you still haven't received your file and it's not in your downloads or email inbox, try exporting again or contact our support team for assistance.
