How to add products outside of Turn 14?

If you want to add products outside of the Turn 14 app, there are some limitations when using the automatic import option from the Turn 14 app. The main problem is the database may be updated automatically, and during the update, the app erases the previous DB and replaces it with the new one. So, if there were some manual changes in the previous database setup, it would be automatically overwritten by the new database.

If you're using the Turn 14 app and want to add some new SKUs to your existing database manually, you need to disable the automatic import of the Turn14 app and manually download the CSV file with the database they provide.

Once done, you may edit this CSV file by adding the required search combinations/products and then import this file to our app on the Manual Editor page using the "Import Database" button.
