If the size chart doesn't appear on your product page, check the following:
- Is the app installed on your active theme? Go to the Installation page in the Sized app and verify that the status for your published theme shows as active. If it's inactive, follow the installation steps to add the Sized widget to your theme.
- Is a size chart assigned to that product? Open the size chart in the Sized app and check the "Apply to" tab to make sure the product in question is included.
- Have you saved your changes? Make sure all size chart settings and product assignments have been saved.
- Try refreshing the page. Sometimes the storefront cache may delay the appearance of new content. Try clearing your browser cache or opening the page in an incognito/private window.
