Terms:Pro - FAQ

What is the difference between Popup and Inline mode?

Each term uses one of two modes, chosen under Terms & Conditions mode when you edit the term:

  • Inline — the checkbox with your text is shown right above the purchase buttons. Customers tick it before clicking Add to cart or Buy it now.
  • Popup — a popup with the checkbox opens when the customer clicks a purchase button. The customer ticks the checkbox and clicks Confirm to continue, or Cancel to close it.

In Popup mode you can also set the popup title, rename the Confirm and Cancel buttons, and change both button colors on the Design tab. Some themes override these styles, so the final look may depend on your theme.
