When a customer accepts the terms, the app adds the date and time of acceptance to the product in the cart, and it stays with the order. Open the order in your Shopify admin: under the product you'll see a line such as T&C: [term title] accepted followed by the date and time.
Customers can't continue past the checkbox or popup without accepting, so orders placed through a button covered by the term carry this record.
