Standard tabs (tabs created based on the product description) should be translated by all translation apps.
As for Static tabs (tabs created in the app admin), if you use the Langify app, there's the "Custom" section where you may add the content for Static tabs. Also, for Translate My Store, the translation for Static tabs can be added directly to the theme files (locales). Changes in theme files are required to make the translation work.
As for other apps, we don't know how exactly they work, and we can't say for sure if Static tabs will be translated. Please get in touch with us via support@nexusmedia-ua.com, and we'll check this for you.
