Your product description may contain empty heading tags that are used to generate tabs in the app settings. This can happen if you added a heading and later removed the text, but the heading tag itself remained.
Although the tag is not visible in the Shopify WYSIWYG editor (because it contains no text), the app still detects it as a tab heading and creates an empty tab.
To fix this, open the product in your Shopify admin, switch the editor to HTML view, and remove any empty heading tags, such as:
